I review the request and confirm availability, access, scope, and pricing before work begins. Remote support, hands-on repair, shipped electronics, and larger projects need different starting points. The shipping address and instructions are provided once we agree on the service; confirm these before sending a device.
Accepted clients use a private portal for messages, files, and job updates. Changes that affect scope or cost are discussed before proceeding. Residential troubleshooting pauses after two hours for renewed approval.
