Keep credentials privateDo not include passwords, private keys, recovery codes, payment-card numbers, or remote-access credentials. Secure details can be handled through the approved portal workflow.
Why service location? It helps determine availability, appointment logistics, and the correct service and tax jurisdiction. A full street address is not required at this stage.
Support preparation

Prepare for a smooth session.

Your portal keeps the request, messages, files, tickets, and progress together. Device access is never assumed.

Your support path

After review, your portal will open with a ticket and the exact next steps. If device access will help, you choose how the official RustDesk client is configured.

Your dedicated portalOne private link

Set your portal password on first entry, confirm your basic profile and service location, then use the tabs for conversation, tickets, shared data, jobs, scheduling, and billing.

Official RustDesk clientNo custom build

Install RustDesk directly from the official project. If an online session is approved, import Drantech's configuration from your private portal or enter the provided settings yourself.

Contact and timing

Where should the next step land?

Your dedicated portal link and instructions will go to this email after Drantech reviews and accepts the request.

Calendar connection is ready. Your preference will be reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.
Final check

Ready for review.

Confirm the essentials below. This sends a request, not a contract, invoice, appointment confirmation, or permission to access a device.

Client Data and Location Notice

Drantech uses information collected during onboarding and portal access to prepare the request, secure the workspace, document where support is delivered, and maintain accurate service records.

  • We collect the request details and contact information you provide, the portal password you later create, confirmed service location, access time, and any browser location data you separately choose to share.
  • Service-location information is used for session security, service delivery records, and tax or compliance review. Browser location is optional and is only captured after your device grants permission.
  • When address enrichment is enabled, the confirmed service address may be sent to Drantech's server-side mapping provider to identify jurisdiction details such as county. Mapping credentials are never shared with your browser.
  • Portal messages, files, and support records are retained for the active business relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. They are not sold for advertising.
  • You may request deletion of your portal profile and support data from Portal Settings. Drantech must authorize the request before deletion. Existing invoices, payments, refunds, and tax records may be retained when required for business recordkeeping.
  • Do not enter sensitive credentials, payment-card numbers, recovery codes, or private keys into the portal chat.
  • You may request a correction to your submitted service-location record or ask questions about this notice through your portal.
