Yes. Remote help is available elsewhere when the device, connection, and issue make remote work practical. Hands-on and on-site availability is arranged separately.

What I can help with
Start with what is not working and what you are trying to do. You do not need to diagnose the problem first. I review the request and confirm whether a remote session, guided instructions, or hands-on work is the right next step.
- Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS troubleshooting and setup
- Software conflicts, updates, virus and malware removal when remote work is practical
- New-device setup, printers, and peripherals
- Backup planning, file transfers, and storage cleanup
- One-on-one guidance and accessibility options
Before you request help
Describe the device and operating system, the error you see, and whether you can get online. A screenshot without private information can help. Remote access is arranged as part of the accepted support work.
Common questions
No. Describe the symptoms and what changed. The initial review helps determine the next useful diagnostic step.
Accepted clients receive a private portal for messages, files, job updates, and shared history. You work directly with me rather than passing between departments.
Before we get started
How to arrange service
- On-site service
- Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania, by arrangement. Include your general location so I can confirm whether an on-site visit is practical. Travel costs are agreed before work begins.
- Remote service
- Available elsewhere when the device, connection, and issue allow it. Tell me whether the affected device starts and can reach the internet.
- Scheduling & handoff
- Start a request, call, or text. I confirm availability, the service location, and any device handoff or shipping arrangements before you make a trip or send a device. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.
- What to send
- Include the device model or website, the symptoms or goal, when it started, and any deadline. Mention backup status for repairs. Keep passwords and recovery keys out of the initial request.
- Scope & approval
- Typical labor is $90/hour for residential work and $150/hour for business work. Parts are separate. Residential repair and troubleshooting pauses after two hours ($180 in labor) for approval before more time is billed.
