One person, from diagnosis to handoff.

I’m Jeff Dran, the owner of Drantech LLC. I help individuals and small organizations with device repair, custom desktop builds and water cooling, websites, connected homes, and private AI workflows. My experience spans Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, and IoT systems. You work directly with the person investigating, explaining, and completing the work.

My approach is to understand the problem first, explain the tradeoffs, and leave you with a clear next step. That can mean a repair, a focused build, a referral, or a decision not to replace something that still works.

A note about on-site visits.

I use a wheelchair. Reasonable accommodations at service locations are appreciated, but not mandatory. A quick note about stairs, narrow spaces, or other access considerations helps me plan the visit.

Support that stays understandable.

Cost, complexity, limitations, and future maintenance are part of the recommendation. Accepted clients use a private portal to keep messages, files, and job updates together.
